In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Akusoli products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization number and instructions.

Returned items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For defective products, please contact us immediately with photos and description of the issue for a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
